Mrs Rini Roychoudhury
Principal

Mrs. Rini Roychoudhury is our dear Principal and our School Leader.
Mrs. Roychoudhury brings over 15 years of distinguished experience in education, including roles as Vice Principal, Academic Manager, and Senior Academic Coordinator across renowned institutions in India.
Mrs. Roychoudhury is celebrated for her expertise in curriculum development, teacher training, and strategic educational planning. Her dynamic leadership style and passion for holistic student development have consistently driven excellence in academic performance and extracurricular initiatives. A critical thinker and a dedicated mentor, she has a proven track record of fostering collaborative environments that empower students and educators.

Snigdha Sircar
Educationist & Advisor

Snigdha Sircar has over four decades of experience as a teacher and educationist covering the entire spectrum of primary, secondary and senior secondary education and has held several leadership positions in some of the finest schools of West Bengal.
An alumnus of South Point and Lady Brabourne, Snigdha taught in the South Point High School and Loreto Day school, Kolkata. A Mathematician, Educator and Leader, Snigdha has received several awards and recognitions, including the recognition of "Outstanding Service to the cause of education" from the Anglo-Indian Teachers Association. She also received the "best and favourite teacher" award from Akash Bangla.
She has been the Supervising Examiner of Several Boards and Academic councils, including ICSE. In addition, she continues to train teachers with her vast and rich experience in producing outstanding citizens for our country. Snigdha continues to volunteer for the Institute of Psychological and Education Research and Hope foundation and helps support underprivileged children.
Snigdha is fascinated by the approach, style and vision of AAJ Global Foundation School (AGFS) and will play an active role as an Educationist, Leader, and Mentor and serve on the School Management Committee of AGFS.
